Humusia is the name of a small fast-food place common in Israel. Recently Hummu Sapiens in Kyiv used to work as an outdoor humusia at cultural events. 

Now anybody can enjoy Hummu Sapiens's quintessential Middle Eastern dips at the restaurant on st. Horyva 16/7. Hummus, made according to a traditional recipe, as well as a variety of other Israeli dishes, make the restaurant's menu special.
